Why are your toys so expensive?

That's actually a big misconception by most people.. Like the ole expression goes "You get what you pay for".  I have always been a believer in quality versus quantity, so on top of the toys being packed with a substantial amount of parts, they are all  "custom designed" by me for your order, one at a time. 

How long does it take to receive an order?

With our large  selection of toyparts & extensive selection of toy designs, your toys will be handmade when they are ordered. This also allows me the opportunity to custom design toys if you requested certain parts that your bird likes/dislikes. I welcome my customers to call me and give me their input as to what their parrots want to play with!  With that information, I am able to send you birds the perfect toy selection to keep their beak busy!  Depending on my workload, it normally takes 3-6 weeks before your order is shipped.  I promise you, it will be worth the wait!  Toyparts orders are generally shipped within a few days.  If you need something urgently, email me.

Do you have a catalog?

We do, but since I am always designing new toys, it's best to see view our complete line of designs on the website. 

Do you sell your toys wholesale?

Yes.  Our special collection of toys are available to Storefronts.. no online shops, sorry.

Will you design a custom toy for my bird or take custom orders?
It's my pleasure to design a custom toy specific to your parrots likes/dislikes, of if your bird has special needs (blind, handicap, etc...).  I also offer a "personal shopper" service at no additional charge... if you don't have time to order online, or just want to leave all the designing up to me, then just let me know a little about your bird(s), and give me a budget, and I will surprise you with a toy package!  I can do the same with sending toyparts packages as well.
 

What do you feed your parrots?

Fortunately, all of out parrots are on a pelleted diet of natural harrisons and natural uncolored pellets.  We also add  birdie breads, home cooked meals of grains, beans and fruits & vegetables and occasionally some seeds as a treat.
