Return policy

For the educated bird owner, it's common sense that you would know the answer, but just as a reminder... 8 beaks has a strict NO RETURN POLICY on all merchandise.

All of our special toys are designed in our Store in Long Island (a no-smoking & no-birds zone) and none of our products are ever exposed to bird marts or bird shows. We would never want to purchase "returned" toy for our own personal family of parrots.. so we respectfully carry that policy for our customers.  If items are returned, they may come from a smoking home, have been pooped on, or come from a home with a sick parrot.. so why run the risk (that's how avian diseases are spread... poop and dander).  So, having said that, it's best for you, the educated parrot parrot, to know what's in the best interest for your bird when selecting toys.  And remember, birds will have a tendency of being "afraid" of new toys.. it's natural. Often it will take a little time and adjustment for them to get used to the new shapes and colors.
