This food contains approx. 45% vegetables, 50% grains, with the remainder consisting of foods such as fresh egg, herbs, and spices.  It is intended to introduce small seed-junkies to variety in their diets while adding nutritional content that seeds alone can’t provide.  Itty Bitty Birdie Bites are NOT intended to be a sole source of nutrition. I give a few to each of my beaks each day. The shelf life is approx 2 months if stored properly (dry & dark).
